Welcome to Nosewise. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Shadow Horizon Studios LLC ("we," "us," "our") governing your use of the Nosewise app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Nosewise.
Nosewise is not veterinary advice. Nosewise is a tool for tracking and noticing patterns in your dog's everyday health — weight, appetite, energy, routines, and reminders. It is not a medical device, not a medical record, and not a substitute for professional veterinary care. Nothing in the app diagnoses, treats, or prevents any condition. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical concerns, and in an emergency contact your vet or an emergency animal hospital immediately. You are responsible for decisions you make about your pet's care.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your region) to use Nosewise. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up.
The dogs, logs, photos, and records you add are yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, display, and process that content in order to operate the app for you and the household members you invite. You're responsible for the content you add and for having the right to share anything you upload.
Nosewise lets you invite others into a shared household ("pack"). Everyone in a household can see and edit that household's shared dogs, logs, and records. Only invite people you trust with that information. Anyone with a valid invite code you share can join your household, so treat invite codes like a key.
Nosewise is free to use for its core features. Some features are part of an optional paid subscription, Nosewise Pack. The following applies to subscriptions:
We're actively improving Nosewise and may add, change, or remove features over time. We may also update these Terms; if we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
Nosewise is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any reminder or insight is complete or accurate. You use the app at your own discretion and risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shadow Horizon Studios LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made about your pet's health, arising out of or related to your use of Nosewise. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using Nosewise and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the app in a way that could harm others or us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
